All prices use standard FOB trade terms. We load your cargo at Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang, Indonesia.
Our base order size is one 20 feet container per shipment. We accept secure bank wire transfers for all wholesale transactions.
Production starts when we receive a 40 percent down payment. Please send this deposit to our official corporate bank account. We book your production slot in our workshop once the funds clear.
The remaining 60 percent balance is due at the time of shipment. Settle this final payment before we release official shipping documents. We send all original paperwork once your full payment clears.
Fulfillment Operations and Shipping Schedule
Quality furniture making needs patience and attention. Our standard production lead time takes 45 days. This period allows our craftspeople to complete each detail.
For your initial trial order, we deliver within 60 days. This time ensures the woodwork and weaving meet your exact expectations.
Regular buyers can rely on a steady monthly production rhythm. We ship four 40 feet high cube containers every month. We adjust this output based on your specific inventory demands.
Purchase Commitment and Revision Rules
We ask you to check all specifications before confirming an order. Please review your custom sizes, fabric choices, and timber details.
We buy raw materials once you confirm your order. We do not accept cancellations after production begins. This policy keeps our workshop running and prevents material waste.
Quality Assurance and Discrepancy Reporting
We inspect every item before packing it into the container. Our team checks the joint strength, wood moisture, and weaving tension.
If you find manufacturing defects upon arrival, please notify us within seven days. Send clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping carton. We review your claim at once. Approved claims receive credit notes or replacement pieces in your next shipment.
